Our Guarantee

At Dixon Fisheries, Inc. we guarantee that our fresh fish seafood will be completely to your satisfaction or we will exchange the product or refund your money. Thank you for letting Dixon’s be your quality seafood source.

Packing and Shipping Information

When preparing your fresh fish or seafood for shipping, we carefully place your product in an insulated shipping container complete with gel packs. All of the products will be dated and labeled for your convenience. When shipping to a friend or relative, simply ask us to include one of our greeting cards.

Our Next Day Shipping

Monday order placed by 12:30pm for Tuesday delivery by 3:00pm (CST)
Tuesday order placed by 12:30pm for Wednesday delivery by 3:00pm (CST)
Wednesday order placed by 12:30pm for Thursday delivery by 3:00pm (CST)
Thursday order placed by 12:30pm for Friday delivery by 3:00pm (CST)

Since we are shipping perishable seafood items, there are no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries.
